CLIENT SERVICES Staffbrokers understands that flexibility is key to delivering the right engineering talent on time and within budget. We offer the full spectrum of services ranging from direct hire, contract-to-hire, short and long term contract personnel and/or onsite project solutions via statement of work (SOW) agreements.
DIRECT HIRE Direct Hire services are provided on a contingent fee basis. After an executed agreement is in place, we immediately schedule a brief discussion with the client HR Representative and/or hiring manager covering the job description and various other critical aspects of the position, then discuss an agreed upon method and timeframe of communicating candidate submittal feedback. We understand that your time is valuable and you may have other firms engaged in the search, so we are careful to submit only highly qualified, willing and available candidates along with their written consent to do so. When a candidate is selected for consideration, we assist in coordinating phone screens, interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, etc, per the request and guidelines of client HR Representative. Discounted Direct Hire fees are available for potential volume, level of exclusivity and/or certain terms and conditions. Please contact us to discuss.
CONTRACT STAFFING Staffbrokers provides engineering personnel via traditional contract staffing agreements with flexible pricing for contract-to-perm, short term and/or long term contract assignments. Our contract employees have access to a wide range of benefits from major providers, fully administered from our national payroll provider, Paychex® for reliable, consistent service allowing Staffbrokers to focus on the recruitment and customer service activities essential for mutual success. Our target clients for contract staffing are primarily small to medium sized businesses as well as obtaining occasional sub-tier supplier status to large firms with VMS or MSP type agreements with select clients. PROJECT SOLUTIONS On-Site project based services via SOW agreements are provided for any definable engineering related project or function. In short, we assign qualified, pre-screened resources and manage deliverables within the specific guidelines of the SOW, integrating cohesively to the client organization. We provide 24/7 client access to our timesheet / project tracking / project billing system via internet using a state-of-the-art COTS SaaS system that tracks in realtime all SOW deliverable status in detail. This system fully integrates with MS Project and is completely scalable. Additionally, with the inclusion of certain terms such as T&M with NTE limits, the frequency of reviewing deliverables, indemnification of certain product liabilities, etc., Staffbrokers may be able to price your SOW at or near staffing levels.
